It aims to gather high-quality manuscript sources and strictly control academic quality; Pay attention to academic hotspots and strengthen content construction; Based on the characteristics of publishing, create high-quality works; To fulfill our original mission, shoulder social responsibility, strengthen academic leadership, enhance brand value, and explore how to improve the quality and dissemination of academic journal content and influence, in order to better showcase and promote China's achievements in radiation medicine and protection.
ABSTRACT
Objective@#To understand the knowledge of reproductive health among female college students and the effectiveness of intervention measures, so as to provide a reference for conducting reproductive health education and health guidance for female college students.@*Methods@#From March to November 2022, 1 019 female college students of grade 1 to 3 from a university were selected by convenient sampling method,who were included in the conventional group( n =315), WeChat group( n =462) and outpatient and peer group( n =242). The Outpatient and peer group was provided with reproductive health education and health knowledge manuals and relevant guidance by receiving medical staff, the conventional group received routine health education and guidance from the school, and the WeChat group received online reproductive health education and guidance on the WeChat platform. Survey questionnaires were filled out before and after reproductive health related education and health guidance, and the results were compared and analyzed.@*Results@#After intervention, the awareness rates of women’s menstrual cycle , ovulation period, AIDS detection window period and suitable contraceptive methods in outpatient and peer groups and WeChat group were higher than those in conventional group ( χ 2=26.78, 31.70, 61.50 and 13.96 respectively). The awareness rates of women s physiological time easy to be pregnant and unreliable contraceptive methods in outpatient and peer groups were higher than those in conventional group ( χ 2= 9.10 , 10.68), and the awareness rates of unreliable contraceptive methods and main precautions during menstruation were higher than those in WeChat group ( χ 2=9.10, 8.02). The awareness rate of emergency contraception methods in WeChat group was higher than that in conventional group ( χ 2=7.94). All the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). After intervention, the knowledge scores of reproductive physiology (2.55±1.09, 2.42±1.08), contraception (2.62±1.20, 2.53±1.06), sexually transmitted disease (2.89±1.35, 2.76±1.24) and the total score of reproductive health knowledge (12.82±3.94, 12.12±3.06) among female college students of the outpatient and peer group and WeChat group were higher than those in the conventional group (2.10± 0.91 , 2.33±1.09, 2.55±1.18, 11.39±3.07). The knowledge score of accidental pregnancy and induced abortion (1.78±0.91) and the total score of reproductive health knowledge (12.82±3.94) among female college students of the outpatient and peer group were higher than those in the conventional group and WeChat group (1.57±0.87, 1.62±0.87; 11.39±3.07, 12.12±3.06). All the differences were statistically significant ( F =14.94, 5.27, 5.28, 13.02; 4.15, 13.02, P <0.05).@*Conclusion@#Female college students lack comprehensive understanding of reproductive health related knowledge. The reproductive health education and health care guidance to female college students should be developed through multiple channels, which would improve the reproductive health knowledge cognition of female college students and promote the formation of good health care behavior.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of standardized blood pressure measurement in consulting room （SBPM） model on blood pressure screening of non-hypertensive patients in community. MethodsFour communities were randomly selected from Fengxian District of Shanghai， and non-hypertensive patients in the communities were included for screening. Based on the communities， participants were further classified into the intervention group and control group. A one-year intervention study was conducted from January 1， 2021 to December 31， 2021. The intervention group received the intervention measures of standardized measurement， and the control group remained the routine measurement. The distribution of blood pressure values and last digit of the values between the intervention group and control group were tested using Chi-square test and normality test. Then changes in abnormal blood pressure rate before and after the intervention were determined by double difference method. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0. ResultsA total of 15 368 participants were included in the intervention group， and 19 811 participants in the control group. After the intervention， range of the last digit of blood pressure values in the intervention group was 9.55%‒10.41%， of which that of systolic and diastolic blood pressure were equally distributed （P=0.932 and 0.871， respectively）. The range of the last digit in the control group was 1.31%‒42.58%， of which that of systolic and diastolic blood pressure showed unequal distribution （P<0.001）. Through one-year standardized measurement intervention， the abnormal rate of blood pressure in the intervention group was 26.29%， which was 7.61 times as high as that in the control group （OR=7.55， 95%CI： 6.75‒8.57， P<0.001）. ConclusionStandardized blood pressure measurement in consulting room is suitable for the screening of blood pressure measurement in community， which has higher data quality than that of routine measurement.
ABSTRACT
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) may induce chronic intermittent hypoxia, which may lead to the disorders of multiple systems and organs and even sudden cardiac death in severe cases. Besides respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrine, and metabolic diseases, OSA is also closely associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). This article briefly describes the current status of OSA and NAFLD, introduces the impact of OSA on NAFLD, and reviews the mechanisms of OSA in NAFLD. It is pointed out that clarifying the mechanisms of OSA in affecting NAFLD and discovering potential prevention and treatment targets for NAFLD from the aspect of OSA are of great significance in delaying and even blocking the progression of NAFLD.
ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ectopic pregnancy prescription,mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of refractory tubal pregnancy.Methods 100 cases of refractory tubal pregnancy from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital,according to randomly divided into Chinese and western medicine group(ectopic pregnancy treatment prescription+mifepristone+methotrexate)and western medicine group(mifepristone and methotrexate)50 cases,compared two methods of treatment effect.Results After treatment,the two groups of patients with β-HCG level,ectopic pregnancy mass diameter showed a significant decrease,beta-HCG,ectopic pregnancy mass of Chinese and western medicine group were lower than the diameter of the western medicine group in the treatment of 7,10,14 days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The success rate of Chinese and western medicine group was 92.00％,which was higher than that of western medicine group(84.00％),but the difference was not statistically significant,failure of conservative treatment of patients were transferred to open surgery.In Chinese and western medicine group,the β-HCG value of blood beta was completely recovered and the disappearance time of ectopic pregnancy was significantly lower than that of western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy prescription combined with mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of refractory patients with tubal pregnancy can accelerate the β-HCG level,ectopic pregnancy mass diameter reduced,can significantly shorten the treatment time.

Objective To discuss on the relationship among innovation,scientific nature and ethics in medical articles,in order to improve the academic quality of manuscripts.Methods Take Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection as an example,innovation was emphasized in the field of radiation diagnosis and treatment,while the cases lack of innovation were pointed.However,the lessons from many papers showed that those papers only with innovation would be rejected because of defect in scientific nature and ethics.Results Innovation is the soul of the paper,and the scientific and ethical nature is the foundation and premise of innovation.Conclusions While the innovation is emphasized,the scientific nature and ethics of the thesis should be not ignored.These three aspects are integral.

Writing and publishing scientific papers is a very important part of the research work.The quality of the thesis is also an important indicator to measure the achievements of scientific research workers.The quality of the thesis mainly includes the academic quality and the writing quality,but some of the researchers are mostly proficient in practice and neglect the writing,so there are still many writing problems in the manuscript.By reading the submission specification,this article summarizes the common problems in the writing,so as to provide the reference value for the readers.
ABSTRACT
Objective To monitor the protective qualities of personal protective appliances and to ensure the health and safety of radiological working personnel.Methods The lead-equivalent thickness of personal protective appliances and materials was measured by means of standard lead slices.The lead equivalent thickness represents in terms of mm Pb.Results 77 pieces of products and samples were measured altogether.The results indicate that the specific lead equivalents of lead-rubber plates were between 0.20-0.39 mm Pb/mm for 37 pieces of lead-rubber plates and the values of 6 pieces of samples were less than 0.25 mm Pb/mm,which did not accord with the requirement of the relational standard.27 pieces of personal protection appliances were measured altogether.They were 12 pieces of protective clothes,4 pieces of protective headgears,5 pieces of protective neckpieces,4 pieces of protective gloves and 2 pieces of protective masks.13 pairs of lead-glass spectacles among them were measured altogether.The measured results for personal protective appliances and lead-glass spectacles showed that actually measured lead-equivalent were higher than the nominal lead-equivalent.Conclusions The protective qualities are reliable for personal protection materials and appliances to be made in home and imported abroad.But the protective qualities of interventional protection gloves should be improved and made them better.

This Stroke Rehabilitation Apparatus uses the electromyography triggered neuromuscular electrical stimulation as the means of the major therapeutics, and the fastigial nucleus stimulation as the means of the assistant therapeutics. This paper introduces the overall structure of the apparatus, the principle of its component, the EMG processing based on local nonlinear projective filtering algorithm and the alternating treatment modes. The therapeutic apparatus has the features of non-invasiveness, safety, convenience and strong alternating capability.

Objective To observe the morphologic change in rats with pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin through antisense-human tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(hTIMP-1)transfection.Methods Thirty rats were divided into five groups randomly(six rats in each group),namely,hTIMP-1 transfection group,anti-sense hTIMP-1 transfection group,empty retroviral vectors transfection group,pulmonary fibrosis group,and the normal group.On the 1st,3rd,7th,14th,28th,60th,90th day of BLM administration to the hTIMP-1,anti-sense hTIMP-1 and retroviral vectors transfection group,the hTIMP-1 cDNA retroviral vectors containing sense and anti-sense ones and the empty vectors were conducted into the lungs of rats with pulmonary fibrosis,which were sacrificed on the 28th days.The pulmonary fibrosis group was given just BLM for the same period of time.The rats in the normal control groups were sacrificed on the same day.Observe the role of anti-sense hTIMP-1 transfection and the change of hydroxyproline.Results The degree of fibrosis and content of HYP were extenuated by antisense hTIMP-1 transfection on 1st and 3rd day after BLM exposure compared with the same time of fibrosis and transfection by empty retroviral vectors group,morphologically.Conclusion Transfection with antisense-TIMP-1 on the first and third day can suppress the process of pulmonary fibrosis induced by BLM to some extent.
ABSTRACT
Objective To study the effects of Xianlingqianggukoufuye (XLQGKFY) on postmenopausal osteoporosis in ovariectomized female rats. Method 60 female Sprague-dawley rats in 7-month were used, 50 of them were ovariectomized and randomly divided into 5 groups:ovariectomized (OVX), OVX+ Nylestriol, OVX+XLQGKFY (high dose, middle dose, low dose), the others were sham-operated group. Rats were treated with drugs starting at 3rd day after the operation for 90 days. Double in vivo fluorochrome labeling was administered to all rats. At the end-point of study, the blood was collected to detecte contents of ALP, StrACP in serum, the fourth lumar vertebra (LV4) and femur bone sections were cut and stained for bone histomorphometric analyses, biomechanical analyses and BMP analyses. Result XLQGKFY decreased greatly the StrACP content, increased bone stiffness, bone M-load, improved bone biomechanical property. Conclusion XLQGKFY has a good preventive effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis which provides for clinical use.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the quality control of compound angelica injection.METHOD:5main Chinese crude drugs,i.e.angelica,chuanxiong,flos carthami,salvia miltiorrhiz and pueraria in compound angelica injection were identified qualitatively by TLC;The contents of ferulic acid in angelica and chuanxiong were determined by HPLC.RES_ ULTS:The above mentioned5main Chinese crude drugs were detected by TCL.Ferulic acid showed a good linearity in a range of2.829～15.990mg/L(r=0.9996),the average recovery rate was99.34%(RSD=0.94%).CONCLUSION:This method has a good reproducibility and suitable for the quality control of compound angelica injection.
